Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Co-ordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, ensuring effective communication and support across the organisation. This position requires a strong understanding of human resources processes and excellent communication skills.

Level 3 CIPD (or working towards) is essential.

Duties



Administer HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Collaborate with Nursery Manager/Owner to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Experience



Proven experience in human resources or a related field is essential. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience in administrative roles is advantageous. Knowledge of social media practices is a plus. Candidates should be proactive, organised, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 35,900.00-39,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
