Who we're looking for:
We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to provide professional, proactive and efficient HR support and administration across our Group. This is a pivotal role providing support to the newly created HR function, our managers and employees across our fast growing business.

What you'll be responsible for:
Provide accurate and timely advice to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and UK employment law.
Support with Employee Relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, capability and absence management.
Provide administrative support to the HR department across all areas of the employee lifecycle.
Maintain and update employee records on HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance.
Assist with the recruitment process, liaising with Hiring Managers to draft job adverts, schedule interview and manage candidate correspondence.
Prepare onboarding documentation and coordinate the induction process for new starters.
Support with policy reviews and updates.
The Person - Essential
Previous experience in a HR Advisor/Support role
Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
Experience in supporting employee relation cases
CIPD qualification level 3 or 5 (or equivalent experience)
Strong organisational and attention to detail skills
High levels of confidentiality, and a string understanding of GDPR
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage priorities
Desirable
Experience within the waste, environmental, industrial, or related sectors is advantageous.
