What you will be doing:
Accountable for coordinating projects and reporting on progress, including senior/complex requests of new projects that come in via the CHRO
Collating requests and queries to the HR service desk and coordinating a communication plan to staff and managers to assist the self-service philosophy working closely with the People Leadership Team
Assist key HR global projects and HR annual activities, ie salary review, bonus, budget planning, management training overview in regions
Own the Global HR monthly call both content areas, presenters and PowerPoint creation
Accountable for the Global HR calendar, keeping it up to date and publishing
Create a list of policy improvement and work closely with the local HR teams to ensure they are updated and published
What we are looking for from you:
Essential: Experienced in driving and coordinating projects, tasks and timelines
Highly organised and detail focused
Pragmatic and solutions orientated approach to work
Strong team player with the knowledge of how to work well across reporting lines, with a globally dispersed HR team
Desirable: Experience working within an HR function
The candidate must have the right work in the UK
