Borg Automotive UK, are looking for an ambitious HR Co-Ordinator to undertake a variety of HR related tasks as well as overseeing the training and development of our employees. The ideal candidate will need to provide HR support to the Senior HR Advisor and have the ability to drive the skill level throughout our production departments.
Knowledge and Experience
- CIPD Level 3 qualified with a desire to progress to level 5.
- Proven experience within a HR function with emphasis on time and attendance, recruitment , onboarding, offboarding and employee relations.
- Knowledge of Employment Law.
- Experience in driving training and has the ability to build rapport with peers to encourage a positive environment by learning and developing people.
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Responsibilities
General administration relating to HR and Training Matters
Co-ordination of the time and attendance system
Oversee recruitment for tier one roles
Completing and updating monthly KPI reports
Note taking during investigation, disciplinary or grievances meetings
Review and maintain training matrices
Measure monthly progress of training results
This role is a permanent full time position working Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.00am - 3.30pm with an early finish of 1.00pm on Friday
