We're growing, and we need a highly organised and proactive HR Coordinator to join our People and Culture team, providing crucial administrative and coordination support.

Your Mission:



As our HR Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our HR operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes and effective coordination. You'll play a vital role in supporting the employee lifecycle and contributing to a positive and efficient People and Culture function, with opportunities to learn and grow your HR career.

What You'll Do:



Recruitment Support:

Provide administrative assistance in the recruitment process, including job postings, application management, interview scheduling, and coordinating background checks and offer paperwork.

Onboarding Champion:

Coordinate the new hire onboarding process, preparing materials, scheduling inductions, and ensuring a welcoming start for new team members.

Engagement Assistant:

Support the planning and coordination of employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and company events.

HR Record Keeper:

Maintain and update HR records and systems with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Reporting Support:

Assist in the preparation of HR reports by compiling data and providing administrative support for analysis.

Project Assistant:

Provide administrative support for various HR projects and initiatives, such as policy updates and training programs.

First Point of Contact:

Respond to basic employee HR queries in a professional and helpful manner, escalating complex issues as needed.

Administrative Ace:

Provide general administrative support to the Head of People and Culture and the wider People and Culture team.

What You'll Bring:



Organisational Prowess:

Excellent organisational and time management skills with a strong ability to prioritise tasks.

Administrative Expertise:

Proven administrative skills and a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Communication Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and helpful approach.

Tech Savvy:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with HRIS systems is a plus (but not essential).

Team Player:

A collaborative and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team.

Discretion and Confidentiality:

Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.

Experience:
