About the Team:
You'll join our friendly four-person Corporate HR Cost Controlling team. They're the financial guardians of L'Oreal, making sure money is spent wisely on our people. This is a very financially-focused role, giving you a strong foundation in business finance. We work closely with finance and HR teams across the company.
What You'll Do:
Manage budgets: Keep track of how much we spend on our people, especially external staff. This involves a lot of financial analysis and planning.
Predict spending: Use financial forecasting techniques to estimate future costs.
Analyse data: Dive deep into financial data, find trends, and explain what's happening. You'll become a pro at using spreadsheets and financial reports.
Create reports: Become a reporting whiz using systems like SAP and Compass (we'll train you!). These reports will be used for key financial decisions.
Present findings: Confidently share your financial insights with different teams, explaining complex data in a simple way.
Work on special projects: Contribute to other finance-related projects, like analysing costs for employees working abroad.

You'll collaborate with HR and finance teams across L'Oreal, including our international team in Madrid.

Eligible to work in the UK
Have GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C (4, or equivalent)
Have achieved a BBC at A level or equivalent in International baccalaureate or other courses.
