Location: Hybrid working with visits to our office in Wimbledon as and when required.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Data and Insights Manager to join our new Organisational Effectiveness function within the HR team as part of our transforming and growing business plans.

As a HR Data and Insights Manager, you will use people data from the organisations HR systems to enable data-led decision making around Talent Acquisition, Development, Engagement, Performance, Retention and Reward, which will enable the organisation to achieve strategic objectives and ultimately, meet business needs. You will work closely with colleagues from across the business to deliver a range of ad-hoc and routine robust reporting and analytical dashboards and insights to relevant stakeholders across the group with a People Data (human resources) focus. The data, analysis and insights provided will enable HR colleagues and senior leaders to make informed decisions about our people.

Experience in Data Visualization and associated tools as well as a firm grasp of statistical analysis methods will be required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Production of dashboards and reports

  • Updating, producing and checking existing reports within specific time periods in order to meet service levels with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Creating reports both for clients and internal purposes according to specific requirements.
  • Representing data and results using data visualization tools and techniques to ensure the messages are easily interpreted
  • Monitoring data quality and acting upon findings
  • Work with colleagues across the business to support and ensure continuous improvement, in line with business requirements.
  • Work closely with HR colleagues to jointly ensure single source of the truth data sources are agreed and utilised
Data analysis, insights and HR Systems
  • Maintain and improve the quality of people data through creating dashboards, highlighting gaps and errors, rectifying issues as appropriate
  • Extract interrogate and analyse data to support business decision making.
  • Develop insights, suggestions and recommendations using the outcome of the analysis.
  • Provide statistical analysis using base data including cohort analysis, forecasting and statistical inference.
  • Providing analysis on an ad-hoc basis for management in other departments
  • Working with the HR Systems team to provide system support as required
Effective stakeholder management and communications
  • Partnering with HR specialist teams and project teams across the organisation on data-led activities
  • Proactively liaise with key stakeholders in other departments to agree the structure and frequency of new requests and any future reporting needs
  • Build and maintain effective and authentic working relationships, identify and remove causes of conflict and help foster a one-team approach to service delivery
  • Build and maintain working relationships with colleagues in the Group Data Team to ensure accuracy of work and play a key part in ensuring our processes are governed to a high standard
  • Ensure all relevant information is briefed to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner. Deliver messages, whether positive or challenging in a constructive manner.

  • Effective report writing skills, with the ability to develop, validate and produce reports/user guidance notes, relevant for specific user needs.
  • Previous background within financial services with a clear understanding of a full work flow and business processes associated with HR functions.
