HR & Development Coordinator - 12 Months FTC

Location:

Hemswell, DN21 5TU

Shift Pattern/Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm

Purpose of the role:



To support the HR Department to deliver an impeccable, streamlined service to all employees within the organisation whilst remaining compliant at all times.

Key responsibilities will include:



Key Duties and Responsibilities:



To ensure timely production and efficient storage of all HR Documentation which comply with legislative and company requirements. Ensuring we are audit ready 24/7. Support the recruitment process, shortlisting applicants, arranging interviews and associated correspondence. Support the induction process, including timely production of appropriate paperwork and ensuring all necessary documentation is returned to the department. Including facilitating Site HR Induction. Monitor long term and short-term absence trigger points. Producing invites to Attendance Meetings where required. Maintaining the diary of key dates for staff, to include: probationary, starters, 121s and ensuring any reminders or documentation are prepared and sent. Administrative support - ensuring all electronic personnel files are maintained, regularly audited and appropriate documents are on files. HR Rep in meetings such as Attendance Review Meetings and Disciplinary Hearings. Liaising with Occupational Health for health surveillances and management referrals.

Updating Active Learning Plans and organising meetings with managers for these to be completed. Update LMS System when required with new document revisions Schedule and coordinate training in accordance with budget plan Update training spreadsheet when required to generate reports on hours and costs Facilitate inductions. Filing of SOPs and required documents into employees' electronic files. Update Training Matrix ensuring CTUK remain compliant at all times.

What we are looking for:



HR Experience (Minimum 1 year) Able to perform a multi-functioning role Strong and proven time management and workload prioritisation abilities Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Good attention to detail Ability to learn new processes and work to set procedures Proficient user of Excel & Word Profound understanding of GDPR Able to work within a busy and fast moving environment

Qualifications



Level 5 CIPD Qualification or Working Towards (will consider Level 3)
