About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join Black Swan's innovative Trends business unit, where our mission is to ensure that our customers never miss a trend again. We are in hyper growth, looking for an experienced HR leader who can build relationships, bring structure to move us forward, but also pivot and change with the business demands. This role will be based in London (working remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic) and sit within the global People team, reporting into the Chief People Officer and taking the lead on running the People agenda for Trends. It is a maternity contract with an initial 12 month term. The role is demanding, but extremely rewarding - building the people agenda and culture from the ground up. The team operates in a flexible way, and we are very open to flexible working patterns.
