, you'll provide strategic leadership across all areas of human resources from talent acquisition, employee engagement and culture development.

Responsibilities of a HR Director:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives
Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver exceptional service and support to employees
Oversee talent management, recruitment and onboarding across the business
Act as a trusted advisor to the board on all people related matters
As a HR Director you will have:
Proven experience in a Senior HR leadership role (HR Director, Head of HR)
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of the Technology industry
CIPD Level 7 qualified
