As the organisation continues to mature, we are seeking an experienced HR Director to provide strategic, board-level people leadership on a part-time consultancy basis (approximately one day per week with a view to increasing days as we scale).
This is a purely strategic advisory role, designed for a senior HR professional who operates comfortably at Director and board level.
The Role
Working in close partnership with the founders and senior leadership team, you will:
Provide strategic oversight and direction for the group's people and HR infrastructure
Review, strengthen and future-proof HR governance, frameworks and operating models
Ensure people practices are compliant, proportionate and aligned to a premium healthcare environment
Act as a trusted, calm and commercially minded advisor on complex people matters
Support leadership decision-making with thoughtful, emotionally intelligent HR counsel
Embed a values-led and mindful approach to people governance and culture
About You
You will be:
A Director-level HR professional, Chief People Officer, or highly experienced HR consultant
Comfortable advising founders, owners and senior leaders with confidence and discretion
Experienced in HR governance, compliance and operating model design
Calm, pragmatic and emotionally intelligent in your approach
Able to balance people-centred values with commercial clarity
CIPD Level 7 qualified (or equivalent experience)
Operating on a self-employed / consultancy basis
Experience within healthcare, professional services, luxury or multi-site environments is advantageous but not essential.
Engagement Details
Engagement: Fractional / consultancy basis
Time commitment: ~1 day per week
Location: London (hybrid / remote flexibility)
Duration: Ongoing strategic advisory engagement
Rate: Competitive, aligned with senior HR Director consultancy market rates
