HR Documentation Advisor
We have an exciting new opportunity for an HR Documentation Advisor. This is a newly created role working in the busy HR consultancy team at Quest Business Services. The primary focus of the role is to draft, review and update contracts of employments, HR policies and procedures and employee handbooks. This is a fast paced environment working closely with clients and the wider HR team. The successful candidate must ensure all duties are completed effectively and in a timely manner in line with SLA's.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for drafting and updating employment documentation including contracts of employment, policies, and procedures in line with employment law and client needs.
You will liaise directly with the client to ensure the documentation drafted is compliant and relevant for the client needs and industry.
All client delivery must be completed effectively in line with the agreed SLA's.
The role works closely with the wider team to support consistent delivery to clients.
Undertake any additional client focused tasks as directed.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year experience working in a HR department or a degree specialising in HR.
Knowledge of drafting HR documentation.
Excellent written English and excellent communication skills.
Experience of working to deadlines in a pressurised environment.
Attention to detail and the ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team, and on own initiative and autonomously.
Good IT skills. A working knowledge of Windows (Word, Outlook and Excel).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
