An HR Employee Relations team Manager role has arisen for someone wishing to play a critical role in developing and delivering the HR Employee Relations plan across the whole of the Council, working closely with the senior leadership teams and the wider HR team.

This position requires an individual who has significant leadership and employee relations experience (HR case management), deep subject-matter knowledge, strong emotional intelligence, communication, and interpersonal skills.

You will have ownership for ensuring that fair, consistent and transparent employee relations processes are applied across all business areas. You will lead and partner projects to develop and implement employment policies and procedures. You\'ll earn the trust of others by forming strong relationships at all levels, allowing you to \'monitor the pulse\' of employees and, from there, drive continuous improvement in service design and engagement.

You will have exposure to many different aspects of the business and have the opportunity to work, in collaboration, with many wider HR projects.Everything you focus on will be aimed at delivering the highest quality service to our internal and external customers and provide you with a rich, varied and rewarding work role.
