HR & Facilities Apprentice

to join our HR team at Kubus Group Ltd.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards an industry-recognised HR qualification (CIPD Level 3) through Cirencester College. You'll be the first point of contact for internal HR queries, helping to keep HR operations & facilities management running smoothly, and our people supported.

What You'll Be Doing:

Facilitating of recruitment cycle, including posting adverts, contacting candidates & interview administration. Assisting with the onboarding process of new employees. Creation and maintenance of correspondence with employees regarding their employment, for example role changes and pay reviews. Assisting with the leavers process for employees leaving the business. Inputting payroll data for monthly payroll. Updating and maintaining employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Supporting the HR Business Partner with ad-hoc projects and administration tasks related to HR, Facilities Management and Health & Safety. Administration for facilities maintenance, including maintenance of documents, booking repairs, meter readings etc. Administration for Health & Safety, including booking training and maintenance of safety equipment etc. Administration of employee self-service travel booking system. Assist in ensuring compliance across HR, Facilities and Health & Safety.

What We're Looking For:

A keen interest in HR and a desire to learn. Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Willingness to study and attend college as part of your apprenticeship. Discretion and confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites. Attention to detail. Strong organisational and communication skills.
