Job Description

Cambridge is known for housing some of the finest private educational establishments in the world, so when an opportunity arises at this incredible independent school, you grab it with both hands!

Covering the full HR lifecycle, no day will be the same! You will have a variety of duties including:

• Leading and supporting Managers with ER matters
• Maintaining and advising on policies and procedures
• Assist with probationary and annual review processes
• Produce contract documentation
• Assist with HR related projects
• Supporting the Recruitment Coordinator with the recruitment process
• HR Administration

Based fully in the office, you will work four days at their central Cambridge site, and one day will be based at their Saffron Walden site. Please note, there is no parking at the Cambridge site, but perfectly accessible via public transport.

The standard working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8am - 4pm. However, flexibility is key to accommodate interviews and induction days.

What type of individual are we seeking?

• CIPD qualified or have extensive HR generalist experience
• Strong knowledge of ER processes, or a willingness to learn
• Professional, approachable and a team player
• Passionate about HR and encouraging a positive experience
