We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our dynamic human resources team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing various HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. The HR Generalist will serve as a key point of contact for employees and management, fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting operational excellence through effective HR practices.
Responsibilities
Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, ATS management, interviewing, and onboarding to attract top talent.
Administer employee orientation programs and conduct regular employee evaluations to support performance management initiatives.
Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a healthy work environment.
Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning.
Maintain accurate HRIS data entry and manage HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, ADP, Paychex, Dayforce, and Kronos.
Support change management initiatives and assist in organizational design projects aligned with strategic planning objectives.
Administer benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
Coordinate training & development programs to enhance workforce skills and support succession planning efforts.
Conduct data collection and analysis related to HR metrics for reporting purposes.
Assist in project management activities related to human capital management initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience in human resources management with comprehensive knowledge of employment & labor law, FMLA, OSHA, workers' compensation, and affirmative action planning.
Strong familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, ADP, Paychex, Dayforce, Kronos; experience with ATS platforms like iCIMS or Taleo is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle conflict management effectively.
Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies including recruiting and sourcing through social media management and other channels.
Experience in benefits administration, performance management systems, training & development programs, and organizational design.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management tools and techniques.
Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and data collection processes.
