Main purpose of the role



As our HR Generalist, you'll play a key role in supporting employees and managers across the business. You'll manage a diverse range of HR activities from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, engagement initiatives, and day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities



Employee Relations



You will provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations, supporting conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary processes, while helping maintain positive working relationships across the business.

Recruitment and Onboarding



You will manage end-to-end recruitment, from job adverts to interviews and selection, while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Working with managers, you will help attract and retain top talent to support the growth of the business.

HR Administration



You will work alongside our HR Assistant, supporting tasks such as employee changes while also taking ownership of certain administrative responsibilities independently. You will help ensure employee records are accurate and maintain full HR data compliance.

Performance and Development



You will support managers in all performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback cycles, while assisting in identifying development needs and learning opportunities for employees.

Policy and Compliance



You will ensure that all HR practices comply with employment law and internal policies, while assisting in the review and updating of HR policies and procedures.

Culture & Engagement



You will support employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and listening groups, helping to maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture and promoting employee wellbeing.

Working Hours:


This is a full-time, office-based role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
