Human Resources Generalist
to join their dedicated team and play a pivotal role in supporting the full range of HR functions within the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate recruitment activities, including managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and scheduling interviews.
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS platforms, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Assist with the onboarding process, including induction planning and training coordination.
Support employee relations by advising managers on HR policies and procedures.
Conduct regular HR systems and process audits.
Manage social media channels for recruitment and employer branding purposes.
Provide administrative support across a variety of HR initiatives and reporting tasks.
Support performance management activities, including annual reviews and feedback tracking.
Key Requirements:
Prior experience in a human resources or HR administration role.
Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday and PeopleSoft; Salesforce exposure is a bonus.
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in data management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
Experience using social media professionally, ideally for talent acquisition or employer branding.
Knowledge of current employment laws and HR best practices.
Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.
Highly organised with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
