Preferred start date: 1st December 2025 to cover maternity leave from mid-January to August 2026.
Schedule: 4 days per week from 8:00-17:00

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join SRK Scaffolding & Industrial Services. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. This position requires a blend of administrative expertise and interpersonal skills to effectively manage employee relations and the day-to-day running of all HR tasks.
Duties
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain and update company files/database to ensure accurate employee records.
Lead the onboarding process for new hires.
Handle employee queries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits while maintaining confidentiality.
Confidently manage all aspects of procedural and disciplinary matters.
Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies.
Skills/Qualifications
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation.
Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail to maintain accurate records.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Minimum 1 year experience in human resources role.
HR qualification (e.g. CIPD Level 3)
Experience working in the construction industry (desirable) and with Trade Unions (highly desirable)
