What You'll Do:



As an HR Generalist, you'll be a vital part of the team supporting day-to-day HR operations and contributing to key people initiatives. From employee relations casework and recruitment coordination to maintaining accurate HR data and providing first-line guidance, you'll help ensure consistent application of policies and a great experience for employees and managers alike.

Key Responsibilities:



Support the HR team in delivering a consistent, high-quality HR service across all areas of the business. Assist with employee relations casework including investigations, note-taking, and documentation Respond to routine people management queries and provide HR guidance Coordinate recruitment processes to include advertising, shortlisting, scheduling and onboarding. Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure data accuracy across HR systems Prepare regular HR reports (e.g., headcount, absence, turnover) Support payroll preparation with timely and accurate data submissions. Provide administrative support across a range to HR functions including meetings, documentation and internal communications. Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives Occasionally travel to other sites to support local HR activity

What You'll Bring:



Previous experience in an HR generalist role Good knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment legislation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with HR systems. Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work on your own initiative and manage competing priorities CIPD Level 3 (or working towards Level 5) Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to
