About the role



We are looking for a highly organized and proactive

HR Operations Specialist

to join our team full-time. This role combines three key focus areas:

HR operations

,

global mobility and UK immigration

, and

local office administration

. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in operational HR processes and is confident navigating UK work visa requirements, while also managing day-to-day HR admin tasks such as leaves, attendance, office support, employee engagement.

Responsibilities



Maintain and update employee data Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, status changes). Oversee

leave and attendance tracking

, ensuring compliance with company policies. Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely data transfer. Support performance review logistics and HR documentation requirements. Handle employee queries related to HR policies, tools, and support requests. Manage full-cycle

UK visa sponsorships

including Skilled Worker, Global Talent, and dependent visas. Liaise with external immigration consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant processing. Track visa expirations, manage renewals, and maintain compliance with

UKVI regulations

. Support international employee mobility including cross-border remote work and transfers. Advise internal stakeholders on mobility-related risks and compliance considerations. Oversee

local office administration

including vendor coordination, supplies, and facilities-related tasks. Serve as the point of contact for in-office support and hybrid work logistics. Help organize team offsites, in-person meetings, and employee engagement activities.

Must Haves:



Solid understanding of

core HR operations

and compliance. Working knowledge of

UK work visa processes

and immigration sponsorship. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.

Knowledge & Experience



2-4 years of professional experience in

HR operations

, ideally with exposure to

global mobility

and

UK immigration

. Prior experience in

office admin and employee lifecycle management

. Familiarity with leave management systems and HR compliance frameworks. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment.

Education Background



Bachelor's degree in

Human Resources, Business Administration

, or a related field. CIPD certification or relevant immigration law training is a plus.
