Circet are now recruiting for our 12-month Graduate Programme across our various office regions in Ireland and the UK!
We are currently looking for graduates who are eager to learn on the job, put their skills to the test and are driven to succeed. Candidates who are motivated, ambitious and hardworking will gain invaluable experience while learning transferable skills that will enable them to grow personally and professionally throughout their time with Circet.
We are seeking a Human Resources Graduate to join our HR team in our office in Stevenage. As a graduate, you will be a dedicated member of the team, adhering to procedures and processes, and supporting with high volumes of HR administration.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Prepare HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and policies.
• Assist in monitoring HR systems, such as absence tracking, probation review
• Respond to general HR queries from employees and escalate issues where necessary.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with employment laws.
• Support disciplinary and grievance processes by preparing documentation and scheduling meetings.
• Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters professionally.

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Previous experience in an administration role (desirable but not essential).
• Knowledge of HR software or HRIS (desirable but not essential).
• CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards (desirable but not essential).
