Job Description

This role focuses on supporting strategic and operational HR initiatives, working closely with leadership to drive employee engagement, performance and organisation development. This role ensures alignment between HR initiatives and business goals, focusing on guidance, mentorship and continuous learning across the organisation.

Job Purpose



Key Responsibilities:

Talent Development & Growth

Design and lead company-wide recruitment, onboarding and development programmes, including leadership development, upskilling and career pathways.

Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and adjust strategies accordingly.

Guidance & Mentorship

Develop and manage mentorship frameworks to support employee career progression.

Provide strategic guidance to managers on coaching and performance development.

Champion a culture of feedback, learning, and personal growth.

HR Strategy & Collaboration

Contribute to the broader HR strategy, ensuring recruitment and development is a key pillar.

Work closely TP Leads to integrate development initiatives.

To participate in development discussions with TP Leads

Quality & Service Improvement

Be aware of organisational strategic direction and annual business plans and support the work towards achievement of objectives.

In discussion with SLT devise an annual growth plan

Take an active role in relevant meetings, highlighting areas requiring quality improvement

Governance

Work alongside Compliance & Collaboration TP Lead to ensure 4EDEN policies, procedures and standards are adhered to, reviewed and updated, with particular regard to HR policies and procedures, confidentiality, information governance, safeguarding and health & safety

Work alongside the Registered Manager to ensure that 4EDEN is compliant with the requirements of the Health & Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 and contribute to the Care Quality Commission inspection process (Regulation 18: Staffing - Care Quality Commission).

Qualifications & Experience

At least 3-years' experience in HR, talent development, or organisational effectiveness.

Proven track record of designing and implementing successful development programmes.

Strong management and communication skills.

Experience with learning platforms, performance management systems, and HR analytics.
