We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Insight Analyst to join a leading company. This is a newly created role where you will operate as an SME on people data and enable the business to make more informed decisions based on insights & data.
This is a hybrid role where you will be needed onsite twice a week.
What you will be doing:
Have responsibility for developing, maintaining and improving a suite of HR dashboards and reports
Deliver regular and ad hoc MI reports to the HR leadership team
Provide trend analyses and forecasting to support workforce planning and strategic HR initiatives
Work with the HRIS Manager, to ensure data accuracy and compliance across all HR systems
Identify risks, issues, or improvement opportunities based on external MI reports.
Provide actionable insights from data to support business decisions
What that are looking for:
Proven experience in an HR analytics, MI, or reporting role - along with advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, or other BI tools
A good understanding of HR metrics
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
An exceptional attention to detail, along with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 45,000.00-50,000.00 per year
