As we continue to grow, we are seeking an
HR Intern
to join our HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and contribute to the development of our talent acquisition and employee engagement strategies.
Responsibilities:
Provide HR data and reports to internal stakeholders.
Be responsible for candidate sourcing and interview arrangements.
Support employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain an up-to-date HRIS as required.
Provide support for temporary HR projects and ad hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Master's or PhD program, majoring in Human Resource Management, Data Analysis, Mathematics, or Accounting.
Strong data analysis and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Quick learner and proactive thinker.
Data-driven mindset.
