The Role




As our

HR & Internal Communications Apprentice

, youll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our HR function while helping to deliver engaging and effective internal communications.


Youll work closely with the People Team, managers, and colleagues across the business to help ensure our people feel supported, informed, and valued.


This apprenticeship is designed to give you hands-on experience across the core areas of HR and Communications, while you study towards a recognised qualification. Its a great opportunity for someone at the start of their careeror looking to develop new skillsin a dynamic and supportive environmen

Please note: this apprenticeship does not have a fixed base location. The specific workplace and training arrangements will depend on the successful applicants location.


What Youll Be Doing




Supporting the People Team with day-to-day HR administration and processes Assisting with drafting and delivering internal communications that engage colleagues across the business Helping to organise employee initiatives, events, and wellbeing activities Providing support to managers with HR queries and processes Supporting projects that improve the employee experience Ensuring colleagues have access to accurate and timely information

What Were Looking For




A strong interest in people and communications Great written and verbal communication skills Good organisational skills and attention to detail A team player with a willingness to learn Professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information

What Youll Gain




A nationally recognised qualification in HR CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate. Hands-on experience in a collaborative and supportive team.
