The role of HR Lead presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our busy OD & HR team at Cheshire West and Chester Council.
We're seeking an experienced HR professional to support the people aspects of a major change programme to mobilise a new service for the Council. The position is available up to 37 hours per week - applications for reduced hours will be considered.
Working with our Programme Team, you will be expected to bring together key information and will help to shape the journey for our workforce, utilising your existing knowledge, skills and experience in TUPE, policies and procedures and organisational development. The programme is working at pace and you'll be expected to deliver key tasks and information. You should ideally be CIPD Level 7 qualified with experience of working on the people aspects of change and transformation programmes.
The role is a fully agile worker, working from a home base with occasional visits to offices across Cheshire West.
