For our Aerospace site in South Molton, we are looking for an HR Manager.
The site is part of our The Fuel and Motion Control Systems (FMC) which has three plants in the United Kingdom, one in Titchfield site, another in South Molton, and the third in Bedhampton.
South Molton has close to 500 employees, it commenced production in 1973 and in 1975 an investment casting foundry opened on the site. The Foundry is the only one of its kind across Eaton's Aerospace plants. Today the plant's core focus is the design, manufacture and test of Components primarily for the aerospace sector. At South Molton we design, manufacture and integrate products and technologies for Engine Solutions, Fuel and Inerting Systems, Hydraulic Systems, Motion Control, Cockpit Interface and Electrical Power Management.
In this role, you will lead and support the development and administration of HR plans and programs that enable the plant to achieve its strategic objectives. You'll play a key role in ensuring the effective use of Human Resources, aligning your work with the broader goals of the organization at both corporate and divisional levels.
This position requires a well-rounded understanding of core HR functions, including--but not limited to--employee and labor relations, compensation, performance management, talent acquisition, and workplace safety. Your ability to build relationships, foster a positive work environment, and drive meaningful change will be essential to your success.
