Are you passionate about supporting people and building a positive workplace culture? Our trust is looking for a

dedicated HR Manager

to join our team and help make our trust an even better place to work and grow.

As our HR Manager, you'll be the go-to person for all things HR. You'll lead recruitment, support staff with HR queries, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and help create a welcoming, supportive environment for teachers and support staff.

What You'll Be Doing:



Overseeing recruitment, and onboarding Managing payroll, benefits, and HR records Advising staff and leadership on HR policies and best practices Promoting a positive, inclusive trust culture Ensuring compliance with employment law and safeguarding requirements

What We're Looking For:



Previous HR experience (education sector a plus) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle confidential matters with care Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law A friendly, approachable, and solution-focused mindset
