We're looking for an experienced and people-focused
HR Manager
to join our growing team. This is a dynamic and rewarding role for someone who thrives on building strong internal cultures, streamlining recruitment processes, and creating an environment where people love to work.
As HR Manager, you'll take the lead on all things people--balancing strategic HR with hands-on support. You'll play a key role in attracting and retaining top talent, supporting managers, and planning engaging internal initiatives that bring our culture to life.
Please note this is an office-based role. We cannot offer remote or hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including contracts, employee relations, policies, and compliance
Advise managers on HR best practices and support in performance management and staff development
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure policies are up to date and aligned with legislation
Internal Recruitment
Lead end-to-end recruitment for internal hires, including job descriptions, advertising, interviews, and onboarding
Work with department heads to identify future talent needs and workforce planning
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience at every stage
Staff Engagement & Culture
Plan and deliver internal engagement initiatives, recognition schemes, and staff events
Drive a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with our values
Support internal communications and employee engagement
What We're Looking For:
Proven HR experience in a similar role (ideally 3+ years)
CIPD qualification (Level 5 minimum preferred)
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
Confident communicator with great interpersonal skills
Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities
Experience in recruitment
Self-starter
