Role Overview





We are seeking an experienced, proactive HR Manager to take ownership of the full HR function in a standalone capacity. This role is pivotal in supporting our growth journey, ensuring best practice people management, and fostering a strong culture across multiple locations. The HR Manager will lead on talent management and development initiatives, while also providing strategic and operational HR support to leadership and employees. The role requires regular travel across NI, Ireland, and Scotland.


Key Responsibilities




Strategic HR Leadership




o Act as the standalone HR lead, advising the Senior Leadership Team on all HR matters.



o Support integration of acquisitions, aligning HR policies, processes, and culture across multiple regions.



o Drive initiatives that support scaling the business effectively while maintaining strong employee engagement.


Talent Management & Development




o Lead talent planning, succession planning, and career development strategies.



o Design and implement learning and development programs to build capability and performance.



o Oversee recruitment and onboarding to attract, retain, and grow top talent across all regions.


Employee Relations & Compliance




o Provide expert guidance on HR policies, employment law, and employee relations across NI, ROI, and Scotland.



o Ensure consistent and fair application of policies and procedures in line with local legislation.



o Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture where employees can thrive.


Operational HR




o Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.



o Maintain accurate HR records, systems, and reporting.



o Drive HR projects aligned with company growth, including performance management, engagement, and reward initiatives.


About You




Proven experience in a HR Manager role within a fast-paced, scaling business.

Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice across NI, Ireland, and Scotland.

A strategic thinker with the ability to also be hands-on and operational.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly across NI, Ireland, and Scotland.
