We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our organisational culture and ensuring that our HR practices align with the overall business strategy. This position requires a strong understanding of human resources management, data analysis, and the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organisation. Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft is essential.
Duties
Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.
Oversee recruitment processes using and improve/implement new processes for recruitment and onboarding.
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations while ensuring best practices in human resources management.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop training programmes for employee development.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Human Resources management or a related field.
Able to work within computer systems and is conformable with software like Microsoft excel, word etc.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
Demonstrated data analysis skills to support strategic decision-making.
Experience in managing HR functions effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or related disciplines are preferred.
