HR Manager

Role Overview
As our
HR Manager
, you will be responsible for managing and improving all HR functions, ensuring legal compliance, employee engagement, and recruitment efficiency. This is a key role within the business, offering a great opportunity to help shape the future of our team as we grow.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
Ensure legal compliance with employment law and industry regulations
Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts
Maintain accurate HR records and manage payroll coordination
Support management with performance reviews and staff development
Handle disciplinary procedures and grievance cases
Advise on HR best practices to improve company culture and staff retention
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of UK employment law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above preferred)
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Previous experience in a security or facilities management company is desirable but not essential
