We're looking for an experienced, proactive HR Manager to join our team and lead our human resources function with integrity, care, and innovation.

About the Role




As the HR Manager, you'll serve as a trusted leader and partner across the organization. You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations and helping align our people strategy with business goals. You'll guide recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compliance, benefits, and workplace culture initiatives -- all while promoting transparency, growth, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities




Lead and oversee all core HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and compliance. Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support company goals and culture. Manage recruitment efforts: write job descriptions, post job ads, screen candidates, and support hiring managers. Foster a healthy workplace culture built on trust, inclusion, equity, and continuous feedback. Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in line with labor laws and best practices. Support employee engagement, team building, and professional development programs. Handle employee relations issues with discretion and care -- conducting investigations, managing conflict resolution, and ensuring fair outcomes. Oversee benefits administration, compensation planning, and HR systems/tools (e.g., HRIS, payroll). Maintain compliance with employment laws and keep leadership informed of changes in labor regulations. Collect, analyze, and present HR data and insights to guide decision-making.

Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or HR certification is a plus) 2+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and best practices Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll tools, ATS)
