We're a successful and growing fresh produce business with around 70 employees, supplying top-quality fruit and vegetables to customers across Cambridgeshire and beyond. Our people are at the heart of what we do, and we're now looking for a knowledgeable and approachable

HR Manager

to join our team on a

full or

part-time basis

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on and wants the flexibility to balance work with other commitments, while still making a big impact in a fast-paced, friendly business.

What you'll be doing:

Leading and managing all aspects of HR and L&D across the business Providing trusted advice and support to managers and employees on HR matters Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and training processes Supporting employee engagement, performance reviews, and staff development Ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment legislation Maintaining accurate HR records and working with payroll Helping shape a positive, supportive, and collaborative company culture

What we're looking for:

Proven HR experience, ideally at manager or advisor level CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) would be an advantage Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice Strong communication and problem-solving skills A practical, down-to-earth approach and the ability to work independently Happy to be office-based and part of the daily life of the business
