Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources management, with a focus on developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organisational goals. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture.

Duties



Oversee the recruitment process, including the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo and Workday, to ensure effective talent acquisition. Manage employee onboarding and training programmes to enhance staff retention and engagement. Supervise HR staff, providing guidance and support in their daily activities and professional development. Conduct data analysis to inform HR decisions and improve operational efficiency. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and best practices. Facilitate performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions. Prepare and deliver presentations on HR initiatives to senior management and staff. Maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for accurate record-keeping of employee data.

Experience



Proven experience in a human resources management role, with supervisory experience preferred. Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as PeopleSoft, Workday, or similar systems. Strong data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and drive decision-making. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences. Familiarity with employment law and regulations within the UK context. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: 42,000.00-45,000.00 per year
