Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic
Human Resources Manager
to oversee and implement HR initiatives aligned with our business goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in employee relations, compliance, training, talent management, and organisational development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Support current and future business needs through recruitment, development, engagement, motivation, and retention of talent.
Create and implement company-wide training and onboarding programs
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Qualifications
Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive role.
People-oriented and results-driven.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PHR) preferred.
