This is a full-time permanent role designed to act as the key link between employees and the wider business, ensuring HR initiatives support the company's overall objectives. Some travel to UK sites will be required.
Key responsibilities
Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers at all levels
Manage complex employee relations cases with professionalism and care
Develop and deliver HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Drive employee development, engagement, and retention initiatives
Maintain and regularly update HR policies to ensure legal compliance
Help manage the Learning Management System
Experience and skills required
Proven experience in an HR Manager role or similar senior HR position
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
People-focused with a results-driven mindset
Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
Builds trusted relationships at all levels
Skilled in managing external stakeholder relationships
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
