Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team at Sports For Champions UK. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with our mission of empowering youth through sports. You will oversee HR operations, ensuring that our practices support our goals and enhance employee engagement.

Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new hires. Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment. Implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals. Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records and data analysis. Support training and development initiatives to enhance staff capabilities. Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on best practices in human resources management. Communicate effectively with all levels of staff regarding HR matters.

Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a non-profit or educational setting. Strong knowledge of HRIS systems; experience with Workday or Taleo is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to analyze data for informed decision-making in HR practices. Demonstrated supervisory skills with experience managing teams effectively.

Pay: 33,503.01-58,946.47 per year
