Auxilium Services are a go-ahead Security services company, based in Greater Manchester. As part of our expansion, we need a "people lover", in our newly created role as HR Manager, to join our team to provide comprehensive and professional HR Services to all of our staff both in the office as well as in the field.
We are looking to appoint a person who absolutely enjoys a variety of interactions with our staff, across many parameters and levels, and want to make a real difference in how this important function becomes an integral part of this company and its ethos.
You will have comprehensive experience of both recruitment and onboarding.
You on the other hand will also possess the skill set to deliver consistently excellent employee relations, compliance and administration.
You will keep yourself abreast of new developments in training and development for all of our staff.
Able to lead on all manner of disputes and knowledge of and dealing with disciplinary actions/processes with strong problem solving skills.
Reside within easily commutable distance to our office.
Ideally qualified to CIPD and or working to this accreditation.
Excellent package of salary, plus phone.
