By coaching managers and partnering with operational leaders, you'll build confidence in handling workforce challenges.

You will help maintain regulatory standards (CQC) and promote employee wellbeing across multiple sites.

Responsibilities
ER Case Management
- Act as the first point of contact for complex ER matters, ensuring prompt, fair, and legally compliant resolutions.
Comprehensive ER Support
- Manage disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence, performance, and flexible working cases with professionalism and empathy.
Manager Coaching
- Guide and coach managers on HR policies and procedures, building their confidence and ER capability.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure ER casework aligns with employment law and sector regulations (CQC, GDC, NHS).
Policy Development
- Review, update, and implement HR/ER policies and toolkits reflecting best practice and legal requirements.
Organisational Change
- Support and advise on change processes, ensuring fair, transparent, and compliant outcomes.
Wellbeing & Culture
- Contribute to initiatives that promote wellbeing, inclusion, respect, and engagement across all teams.
Data & Insights
- Maintain ER records, analyse trends, and recommend process improvements to mitigate risks.
Training & Development
- Design and deliver training to strengthen manager capability in handling ER and people issues.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build trusted relationships with leaders, governance teams, and external regulatory/legal bodies.
Essential Requirements
:
Strong experience in HR or Employee Relations, ideally within healthcare or other regulated sectors.
Solid knowledge of UK employment law with hands-on case management expertise.
Proven ability to resolve ER issues independently while providing clear, pragmatic advice to managers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally.
CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience).

Pay: 70,000.00-85,000.00 per year
