Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and drive strategic initiatives that enhance our organisational culture and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources management, with expertise in HRIS and ATS systems, as well as excellent communication and data analysis skills. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage HR operations while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee the recruitment process. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organisational goals. Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain a harmonious workplace. Conduct training sessions and presentations to enhance employee development and compliance. Analyse HR data to identify trends, improve processes, and support decision-making. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for talent acquisition and retention. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while promoting best practices in human resources.

Experience

Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on supervising teams. Proficiency in HRIS systems. Strong data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and inform strategic decisions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly. Demonstrated management experience in a similar role is essential.
