HR Manager.

This role is pivotal to help us shape our organisational culture. We are seeking an exceptional communicator who is self-motivated, solutions-driven and aligned with Linkage's missions and values.

About the Role



This is a management role within the Trust, responsible for the Recruitment, HR and Employee Relations functions.

The HR Manager will be joining a motivated team to lead on bringing people, process and technology together to deliver core services as efficiently and effectively as possible. The post-holder will promote our continued transformation and provide leadership for a broad array of HR functions, including all aspects of employee relations, transactional HR, recruitment, HRIS, reporting and compliance procedures.

In this directorate, you will manage a small team and report to the Associate Director of People and Culture. You will have responsibility for enabling change and for ensuring that the Linkage demonstrates best practice in all aspects of HR. The key measures of your success will be your ability to provide credible, up to date guidance on employee relations matters; to manage the HR office functions effectively; and to support colleagues in managing their teams confidently.
