Key Responsibilities
Manage employee relations including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and disputes
Provide practical HR advice aligned with employment law
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Lead recruitment, onboarding and inductions
Support learning & development, reward and recognition
Oversee payroll administration
Act as Health & Safety Co-ordinator
About You
Proven ER case management experience
Strong knowledge of employment legislation
Confident, approachable and highly organised
