The Mole Clinic is seeking a full time HR manager, offering a highly competitive salary Plus bonus.

Location: Remote working but with up to 2/3 days in our central London office. Travel to all of the UK required as necessary.

As HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing our healthcare team, with a particular focus on recruiting top nursing talent, benchmarking salaries and benefits, and leading a best-in-class onboarding experience. You will also lead the insourcing of HR services and ensure our HR and compliance systems are fully optimised to support our growth and regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

o Lead end-to-end recruitment for Clinical and Non Clinical roles.

o Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to support growth.

o Working closely with our clinical leads to hire and onboard the best staff.

Compensation & Benefits

o Conduct regular benchmarking of nurse salaries and benefits to ensure competitiveness.

o Collaborate with finance and leadership to develop attractive compensation packages.

o Monitor market trends and adjust offerings to retain top talent.

Onboarding & Employee Experience

o Design and manage a welcoming, thorough onboarding process for new hires.

o Ensure new employees feel supported, valued, and aligned with company values.

o Gather feedback and continuously improve onboarding practices.

HR Systems & Compliance

o Lead the insourcing of HR services, transitioning from external providers where appropriate.
