Job Description

About Us

NewGen exists and operates at the intersection of Creators, Culture and Community. We exist because we think agencies have been slow to adapt to major shifts in consumer behaviour and digital engagement, clinging to outdated methodologies and platforms that no longer pack the desired punch or reach the right audiences.

We think there's a better way - a way that aligns with how people and communities interact, share and make decisions in the digital age. Our mission is to revolutionise these connections, making advertising more relevant, more engaging, more fun and more effective.

NewGen is a team of creators, doers and makers across multiple territories and geographies with a combined passion and understanding that meets at the intersection of Creators, Culture and Community.

NewGen's services build brands, consumer up, and social out through the exceptional delivery of the following service lines:

Social & Community: From social strategy to community management, our marketing services help brands move at the speed of social; Influencer & Creator: We partner with everyone's favourite creators to get whole generations excited about our clients; Paid & Performance: We help brands and creators reach the right audience, on the right platforms, in the right format, at the right time; Creative & Production: We think big but sweat the small stuff, building ideas that spread, Social-first but not social only; Talent Management: We work with an exclusive roster of the best minds and content producers on Social and Media to level-up their career in the space; Data & Strategy: We get under the skin of brands, building impactful strategies that use insight to shift the dial; and Gaming & Innovation: Our gaming heritage allows us to connect on a deeper level with our clients' audience.
NewGen operates from 3 principal locations. 2 of these are in the UK, being Manchester and London with our final principal location in New York.
