As the HR Manager, you'll lead and deliver people-focused initiatives, ensuring compliance with employment law, supporting managers with employee relations, and driving a positive culture that helps our teams thrive.

Responsibilities



Act as the first point of contact for managers on HR matters, offering advice and coaching to support effective people management. Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, probation, performance management, appraisals, and exits. Oversee and continuously improve HR systems, processes, and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency. Lead employee relations casework (e.g. investigations, grievances, disciplinary, capability) with fairness and consistency. Deliver strategic HR initiatives across recruitment, compliance, learning and development, and talent retention. Work with the Senior Leadership Team to align HR priorities with the 1-year and 5-year business plans. Manage and support the HR team . Monitor and report on key HR metrics (e.g. turnover, absence, engagement, recruitment outcomes) and recommend actions. Keep up to date with employment law, government budget changes, and best practice to advise the business on impacts. Lead HR projects Support the Finance team with Payroll

Skills Required



CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in an HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor role. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice. Experience managing employee relations cases and supporting managers. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Confident with HRIS systems (Hibob would be advantageous) and data analysis.
