This is a graduate-level role offering the opportunity to help shape the way we recruit, support, and retain staff in a dynamic and expanding business. You will play a key role in ensuring our company remains compliant with employment law and sponsor licence duties, while fostering a positive and safe working environment for our teams.
Full training will be provided
in company procedures and licensing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead staff recruitment and onboarding across all venues.
Manage HR policies, staff handbooks, and ensure compliance with UK employment law and licensing obligations.
Oversee staff training, development programmes, and performance management.
Support venue managers with rota planning, workforce management, and absence tracking.
Manage employee relations, grievance processes, and disciplinary procedures.
Ensure full compliance with Home Office
sponsor licence record-keeping
and reporting duties.
Advise company directors on HR best practice and support long-term workforce planning.
Skills & Qualifications:
A
degree-level qualification
(any discipline).
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to resolve problems and handle sensitive employee matters with discretion.
Competent IT user (Microsoft Office, HR software or spreadsheets).
A proactive and professional approach to supporting staff and managers.
