We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to work closely with our management team to provide a comprehensive HR service across the organisation, ensuring our people practices align with our values and vision.

Responsibilities will include:

Provide HR generalist support to the management team, advising on all aspects of HR Manage HR administration requirements, ensuring documentation and paperwork is accurate Oversee and manage the end to end recruitment process and the employee lifecycle Continually assess the effectiveness of processes and implement changes for improvement Manage and train the members of the HR Team Oversee and manage employee relations casework Ensure legal compliance by staying up to date with employment law and regulations, reviewing and adjusting our HR practices and policies Promote a positive organisational culture to foster a supportive and engaged workforce Identify training needs and opportunities for employee development Utilise our HRIS software to ensure employee records and data is accurate and up to date

Qualifications and Experience:

Required:

CIPD Level 5 or above 3 + years' experience in a similar role Strong verbal and written communication skills Data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and make data driven decisions Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills

Desirable:

Experience with Bamboo HR Experience using an ATS Knowledge and experience of pre employment vetting and verification checks at BPSS level Experience with writing job descriptions and reviewing competencies Strong understanding of IR35 legislation and its implications for hiring contractors and managing off-payroll working rules.




Note: Due to the nature of work undertaken at SubSea Craft, the selected candidate must be capable of meeting the security requirements of the position, which would include as a minimum Existing right to live and work in the UK, Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), with Security Check likely for specific projects.*
