Overview



We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our organisational culture and ensuring that our human resources strategies align with our business objectives. This position requires a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyse data effectively. The Human Resources Manager will oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.

Duties



Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment process using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo and Workday to attract top talent. Supervise and mentor HR staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional development. Oversee employee onboarding and training programmes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate reports for data analysis to inform decision-making processes. Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts through effective communication and mediation techniques. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, keeping abreast of changes in legislation that may affect the organisation. Conduct presentations to senior management on HR metrics, initiatives, and best practices.

Requirements



Proven experience in a Human Resources management role with supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of HRIS systems; familiarity with PeopleSoft is advantageous. Proficient in data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and trends effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong presentation capabilities. Experience using ATS platforms such as Taleo or Workday is preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A solid understanding of employment law and best practices within human resources.
